Parking was a hassle, especially on busy weekends. noise from nearby establishments occasionally disturbed our peace, dampening the tranquil experience.

Unfortunately, I found the shower curtain quite inconvenient as it was too long and frequently got in the way. while the breakfast had potential, the bacon was overcooked and quite tough compared to my previous visit.

The hosts, Keith and Christine, made sure to provide an amazing breakfast service and offer special requests, like freshly cooked eggy bread for my daughter. Our spacious family room had a lovely view of the tramway, and the location was perfect for exploring Llandudno.

Family with children Delightful Stay
The breakfast was superb, high quality ingredients just like how I demand things to be! The managers, Keith and Christine, made sure everything was tight, even giving magic tricks to the kids during breakfast, a nice little touch.
It wasn’t the cheapest stay around, but the experience made it feel like it was worth every penny.

Amazing hosts & comfy stay
Just spent 2 nights and wow, Keith and Christine made us feel right at home! We got awesome breakfast options and a packed lunch, which was fab for our day out. Location's spot on, just near the tram and beach. Downside? Parking’s a bit tricky, but we managed it. a lovely break!

Had a fantastic stay with friends! The breakfast was top-notch and set us up for exploring the Great Orme and the local beach. Keith and Christine were super welcoming and happy to accommodate any requests. The communal areas were comfy, perfect for hanging out after a day out. Definitely recommend checking out the local eateries nearby!
The parking situation was pretty tricky, especially during peak times, so just keep that in mind if you're driving.
